Self Love Yoga Series

Join Elo for her five week yoga series focused on self love, attracting more love and peace into your life. We will meet at 6pm every Tuesday afternoon to connect and practice yoga.

The class will be relaxed, restorative and gentle on the mind, body and soul. You will leave feeling energised, empowered and full of love for yourself and others. This is perfect for beginners wanting to try yoga!

What to expect:

  • 1 hour of yoga every Tuesday from 6-7pm

  • Self love discussions with Elo

  • Guided meditation practice (shavasana)

  • A close community of yogis (new friends, hello!)

  • A cup of organic herbal tea to enjoy

Things to note:

  • This is a five part yoga series, designed to help you establish a consistent yoga practice.

  • However, you can come and try a casual pass at any time!

There is parking on Gilles st, so you can drop by after work.

Or there is bus/tram stops all down Pulteney st.


What can I bring into the event?

Bring some comfy yoga clothes, a water bottle and yourself!

Join me for a five week yoga series of mindful yoga practice, to help you connect to the present moment and enjoy movement blended with meditation.

Whether you are totally new to yoga or have been practicing for a while - this class will help you connect to your mind, body & soul. Developing a consistent yoga practice is proven to enrich life in many ways, allowing you to live your best life and show up as the best version of yourself.
